What happens at the Artwork Appointment?
Decisions on the purchase of any photographs will be made at your Artwork Appointment.

Do I have to place my order at the Artwork Appointment?
Yes, all orders need to be placed at the Artwork Appointment. That’s why I encourage you to make sure that ALL decision makers will be there. If you’ve chosen a date where that’s not possible you can always reschedule it to a time that suits you all.

What are the prices?
Prints start at $85 (small unframed prints), wall art starts at $450, Albums start at $750, Packages start at $1495 and to buy the complete USB of all images its $1850. You can view the complete price list here.
Most clients typically spend between $1000-$2500 on artwork after their session.

Can I view the images online instead?
Yes, absolutely! While I do encourage you to attend an in person appointment, where you can see all the images, go through the samples and have me on hand to help you if you have any difficult decision making needed, I completely understand that busy schedules or living far away might make online galleries a better fit for your needs. There is a $100 Online Gallery Deposit, which is applied as a discount to anything you order.

How do I pick the right size for my walls?
I have a handy piece of software that takes all of the guesswork out of this for you and allows me to show you exactly what your images will look like on your OWN wall.
To take advantage of this, simply follow these steps:

  1. Pick some wall spaces that you might want to use.
    You’re welcome to choose lots of potential spaces. Don’t worry though, that doesn’t mean that we’ll be covering all of your wall with Pawtastic photos! :)

  2. Stick a piece of A4 paper on the wall with blu tac or sticky tape.
    This allows me to calibrate the size of your wall space into my system. Don’t worry about placement. It doesn’t need to be exactly where you plan to hang.

  3. Stand straight in front of the wall, step back as far as possible, so the whole wall is in view and take a photo.
    It doesn’t need to be perfect! A smartphone photo will do. But it is important that it’s taken straight on and not at an angle to the wall.

  4. Repeat the process
    Do the same thing for any other walls you’re thinking about.

  5. Email the photos to me
    Send the images to me at and I’ll calibrate them to my system.

When will I get my prints?
From completed payment to final delivery of your order, it usually takes 4-6 weeks.
Once your order is paid in full, it goes into the Design Stage. This is where I apply your complimentary Digital Leash Removal, finalise any sizes and colours for printing and complete any additional retouching.
I’ll send you a link to make sure you’re happy with everything, then I’ll whisk it off to my printing partners in Queensland. They usually take 3-4 weeks to complete and order and I’ll be sure to keep you updated along the way.
Once your order is back to me and I’ll do a quality check, package the order and I’ll send you an email to organise a courier delivery (usually 1-2 business days for Sydney metro addresses and 4-5 days for rural Sydney addresses).

Is it possible to organise a payment plan?
Absolutely! I offer interest free payment plans on a monthly basis of 3, 6 or 9 months. You’ll need to pay an upfront fee of $500 or 25% of your order (whichever is more) and then the remaining balance will be distributed via your chosen monthly plan. All orders will be processed and delivered after full payment is made.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes. I accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Can I order photographs at a later date?
Unfortunately, I’m unable to archive unordered images long term, so please make sure to purchase anything you love at the Artwork Appointment.

Can I bring my dog?
